During 19 years in B2B commercial, I saw firsthand how companies really work across Brazil.
When AI became accessible, I identified three patterns: companies that didn't act out of insecurity, those that acquired tools without criteria, and those who decided to prepare. In the first two cases, nothing changed. In the third, these companies had already built competitive advantages and scaled quickly.
I decided to found Connexa because I believe every real-world company can, and should, use AI strategically. From local businesses to large corporations.

Challenge
Reactive sales operation. 40k+ LinkedIn followers. No nurturing, no active prospecting, no consolidated funnel visibility.
What we did
We built the entire commercial ecosystem. Custom CRM connected to 4 AI agents that qualify leads on WhatsApp, enriched LinkedIn prospecting, automated email sequences, optimized landing pages and a dashboard consolidating revenue across all channels.
Absolute 40% conversion increase in 90 days. Built an organic community and opened new acquisition channels.

Challenge
A base of 50 thousand leads sitting idle in capture history. Abandoned carts with no recovery and low NPS score due to slow support.
What we did
We connected checkout, CRM and behavior mapping into a single flow. Checkout events feed the CRM in real time, automatic cart recovery across multiple follow-ups and channels, plus an email funnel segmented by behavior throughout the journey.
Recovery and reactivation running with no human operator. +10k checkouts per month enter the communication flow automatically.

Challenge
Lead triage handled by hand on WhatsApp. Data collection with no standard, prospects vanishing mid-conversation and no way to handle many people at the same time.
What we did
We deployed an AI SDR agent on WhatsApp that collects quote data in natural conversation, validates documents and creates the opportunity directly in the CRM. The same panel hosts the omnichannel inbox for multiple numbers and the scheduled campaign dispatcher.
100% of new leads enter the structured flow around the clock. The broker only receives warm leads, with the quote already organized before contact — 35% conversion increase in 60 days.

Challenge
Premium brand landing in the country with no e-commerce, no active social media, no B2B sales channel and no commercial infrastructure. It needed to go from zero to go-to-market in 90 days.
What we did
We structured the entire operation across 2 countries simultaneously. Contract management, ambassador program, mapping of 150+ target stores and editorial calendar in Portuguese and German.
In 60 days the brand went from no operation to active go-to-market with products and services, with 100+ stores mapped across the territory and corporate media.
