Cookies Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on the Connexa Tecnologia website, and how you can turn them off.

1. What are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the site to recognize your device on future visits, remember preferences such as language, measure how pages are used, and track campaign results.

2. Which Cookies We Use

We use cookies for three purposes. Necessary ones keep the site running: they store your chosen language, the session and security items. Analytics ones show us, in aggregate, how people use the site, which pages matter and where they drop off, through Google Analytics 4. Marketing ones measure how our ads perform and allow us to present more relevant campaigns off-site, through the Meta Pixel.

Analytics and marketing are active from your first visit, without an upfront on-screen authorization request. We explain below why we do it this way and, above all, how you turn it off whenever you want.

We also record, when you reach the site through an ad or campaign, where that click came from. This information is kept during your visit and is sent along if you submit a form, so we know which campaign generated the contact. We do not use it to identify you off-site.

3. How to Turn It Off

The control is in your browser, and it applies to any site, not just ours:

  • Blocking or clearing cookies: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all offer, under privacy settings, the option to remove saved cookies and to prevent new ones. You can do this at any time, and the site keeps working.
  • Opting out of Google analytics: the official Google Analytics opt-out extension stops measurement across every site you visit.
  • Adjusting Meta ads: in the ad preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account you can limit the use of this data for personalization.

Visitors who accessed the site before this update may still have a consent preferences cookie saved in their browser. It is no longer used, can be removed at any time and expires on its own.

4. Legal Basis (LGPD)

Necessary, analytics and marketing cookies are processed based on legitimate interest (LGPD, Art. 7º, IX): measuring the performance of the site and of our campaigns is essential to maintaining and improving the service we offer, and it involves aggregated browsing data, not sensitive content.

Legitimate interest is not a blank cheque: it requires that our interest does not override your rights. That is why we limit collection to browsing behaviour, do not cross this data with sensitive information, and keep the opt-out controls described above always available. At any time you may request access, correction, portability, objection to processing or deletion of your data through the contact e-mail at the end of this page.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Google and Meta (Facebook) process data on their own servers outside Brazil. These third parties have their own privacy policies:
